Klings & Things Photography, in partnership with Hilltop House, is pleased to announce a new photography exhibition by Christina Kling-Garrett. Iconic Images of St. Louis, will run from September 7 – October 7, 2018 with an opening reception on Friday, September 7, from 5 until 7:30 p.m.

Featuring a city-inspired take on the most historic and contemporary landmarks in St. Louis, more than 20 framed photographs and prints will be available for purchase at a range of price points. The exhibition will be the fifth for Kling-Garrett, and her third collaboration with Maria Gianino of Hilltop House. Gianino says, “Christina and I share a similar vision – to increase the public’s exposure to art in non-intimidating ways without pretense or pretension. I’m thrilled to count her among the artists we represent.”

Serving as the closing reception on October 7, Kling-Garrett and Gianino are honored to be included in the Contemporary Art Museum (CAM) St. Louis’ Open Studio Tour. Now in its thirteenth year, CAM partners with over 130 artists, galleries, and spaces around St. Louis to encourage interaction between artists and audiences. Open Studio STL offers tours both Saturday, October 6 and Sunday, October 7. Iconic Images of St. Louis will be included October 7 as part of the “Open Studio STL – East of Grand Tour” from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Both the opening and closing receptions are free to the public and complimentary drinks and light appetizers will be provided. Hilltop House is located at 7522 Big Bend Boulevard in Webster Groves, Missouri.
